How to Join
What a great way to start accumulating your wealth.
To become a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Federal Credit Union; download and complete the new member account card, include your initial deposit check; a photo copy of (2) forms of identification such as drivers license, student I.D. or Social Security card. Mail the account card and your personal check to P. O. Box 703047, Dallas, TX 75370. Each member is assessed a onetime charge of $25.00 for processing, servicing, recording and registering your accounts.
NOTE: To complete application, Microsoft Word and a printer are required.
1) Download the Account Deposit Card.
2) Complete the "grayed" areas (fields) of the card. Advance/continue to the next field by pressing the Tab key.
3) Print the Membership Application.
4) Place your initials (in ink) next to the type of "Account Ownership Selection" you wish to maintain.
5) In the "Account Type" section (top of page 2), check only "SHARE / SAVINGS" box.
6) In the "Account Services" (page 2), leave blank - call if you want to set up “PAYROLL or ACH DEPOISITING”
7) Sign the bottom of page 2 in ink.
8) Mail the completed Membership Application to the address listed at the top of the card.
9) Make certain that you include in the mail a copy of your Drivers License , 2nd Alternative ID (for Kappa’s-Fraternity ID and Check.
10) Make sure that you put your Province affiliation in the "Member No" box of the your application.
