Apply for Loans

YOU MUST ALREADY BE A MEMBER OF KAPPA ALPHA PSI FEDERAL CREDIT UNION TO APPLY

  1. Download the 2 Page "Loan Application" and 1 Page "Credit Authorization".
  2. Complete the "Loan Application" and "Credit Authorization" in its entirety.
  3. Indicate your "KAPFCU Share Savings Acct No. & PROVINCE" affiliation in the upper middle blank area of page 1 of your application.
  4. Credit Report within 30 days of application is acceptable from Experian, Trans Union, or Equifax. KAPFCU Tri-Merges Reports are $18.00
  5. Provide last two pay stubs, most recent tax return (within 24 months for Business or Personal), & most recent checking account statement(s).
  6. Sign and mail to:
